As a PMLP customer, you will be able to access the following items on our new Online Customer Account Portal: make payments (no additional fee), view a copy of your actual monthly bills, and account information including billing history! This service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the PMLP website. Please note: Daily system maintenance will occur from 11:50PM until 12:20AM. Payments cannot be accepted during this time frame.
PMLP’s Online Customer Account Portal Quick Tips
TO GET STARTED, go to the LOGIN PAGE. You will need to enter your PMLP Account Number listed on your bill into the ‘USER ID’ field (If your PMLP Account Number is 12345-001, enter 12345 or 12345001). You will then have to enter the temporary password that was printed on your November 2015 bill. After you initially sign-in using your PMLP Account Number and the password from your November 2015 bill, you will have the option to change/choose your own user ID and password, which gives you the option to sign-in to the online portal using your PMLP Account Number or the User ID you created, and with your own chosen unique password.

What types of payments are accepted through the Online Customer Account Portal?
*There are no additional fees for any payments made through the online customer account portal; however PMLP reserves the right to charge a $30 fee to your electric account if the payment is returned due to insufficient funds. In addition, your bank may charge you a fee based on your bank’s fee schedule.
